Staffing partnersOffshore engineering · US & UK overlap

Offshore engineering supply for US/UK staffing partners.

When a client requirement needs engineers your bench can't cover, we supply them — GenAI, Python, React/Next.js, Node/NestJS, QA automation and healthcare technology — as individual resources, pods or SOW delivery. You stay the vendor of record; your client never deals with us directly.

The engineering team behind Saudi Arabia's national health services portal — 3.5 years of continuous delivery, zero critical production defects.

Roles covered

Six roles your clients keep asking for.

The requisitions that stay open longest are usually the specialist ones. These are the roles we supply against.

01

GenAI engineers

LLM features inside real products — retrieval, extraction, drafting and agent workflows — with evaluation and a human approval step built in, not bolted on.

02

Python engineers

Backend services, APIs and data pipelines — and the Python side of AI features, from ingestion through to the model call.

03

React / Next.js engineers

Production front ends from a Figma file or an existing codebase — TypeScript, server rendering and component systems your client's team can keep extending.

04

Node / NestJS engineers

TypeScript backends — REST APIs, integrations and clean service boundaries, structured so the next engineer on the client's team can find their way around.

05

QA / automation engineers

Test automation, regression suites and release verification — the discipline behind zero critical production defects on a national platform.

06

Healthcare technology engineers

Engineers who have built clinical and healthcare-admin software — EMR workflows, staff credentialing, revenue-cycle tools — with RBAC, audit trails and HIPAA-aligned data handling from day one.

Engagement

A seat, a team, or a finished scope.

Three ways to fill a requirement. Pick the one that matches what your client actually asked for.

01 · Individual resource

One engineer, one seat.

An engineer placed with your client through you — working your client's hours, in their tools, under their direction.

Best for
A single open requirement

02 · Pod

A small team, one requirement.

Engineers plus QA and a delivery lead, sized to the work — for clients who need a team, not a seat. The lead reports to you.

Best for
Several open requirements on one project

03 · SOW delivery

A defined scope, delivered.

A fixed scope at a fixed price, quoted to you so you can price it to your client. Change requests come through you.

Best for
Clients who want an outcome, not headcount
  • You're the vendor of record
  • We invoice you, never your client
  • No direct approach to your client — it's in the MSA
  • Profiles unbranded, ready to forward

Screening

How a requirement moves.

The same six steps for every requirement, so you always know what happens next — and what your client will see.

  1. 1

    Requirement review

We go through the JD with you and pin down the must-haves: stack, seniority, overlap hours, start date and rate.

  2. 2

    Matching

Matched on the must-haves, not on keywords — and if we can't staff it, we tell you plainly instead of sending near-misses.

  3. 3

    Technical screen

A senior Nuance engineer screens each candidate on the actual stack in the requirement.

  4. 4

    Profiles to you

Short profiles — relevant projects, stack, overlap hours, availability — unbranded and ready to forward.

  5. 5

    Client interview

Your client interviews directly. We schedule in their timezone and brief the candidate on the role.

  6. 6

    Start

The engineer starts in your client's tools, under their direction. You stay the vendor of record throughout.

No turnaround promises on a web page. You'll get a realistic timeline for your specific requirement when we reply — one we can actually meet.

US / UK overlap

Working hours that actually overlap your client's.

We're in Indore, India (IST). India doesn't change its clocks, so here is the overlap drawn in your client's own local time.

UK client · London time (BST)

5.5hrs

of overlap every working day with a London client — on our standard day, no shift needed. Standups, reviews and pairing all land in your client's morning and early afternoon.

US East client · New York time (EDT)

4hrs

of overlap every working day with a New York client — on a US-overlap shift agreed for the placement, so the engineer is there for your client's whole morning.

Shown for British Summer Time and US Eastern Daylight Time. Because India keeps the same time all year, UK overlap is an hour shorter in winter, and US-overlap shift hours are re-set when US clocks change. Central and Pacific clients: overlap hours are agreed per placement.

  • Agreed before the start dateOverlap hours are written into the placement, not left to goodwill.
  • Standups in your client's dayThe engineer joins your client's rituals at your client's times.
  • One named contact for youScheduling, cover and escalations come to you, not to your client.

Vendor readiness

Ready for your vendor onboarding.

The paperwork your compliance and finance teams ask a new offshore vendor for — prepared before you need it, so onboarding never holds up a start date.

One open requirement

Send a live requirement.

A JD, a role and a start date — or three lines about what your client needs. Client name optional. We come back with:

  1. 01Whether we can staff it — a straight yes or no
  2. 02The model we'd suggest: individual resource, pod or SOW
  3. 03The overlap hours we can commit to for your client's timezone
  4. 04A rate you can price to your client
