PartnersWhite-label engineering for US & UK agencies
Engineering capacity behind your client work.
Design studios, product agencies, AI consultancies, healthcare digital firms and fractional CTOs bring us in when a client build needs more engineering than the bench has. We deliver under your name, inside your process — and the client relationship stays yours, in the contract, not just on a call.
Not a partner tier to apply for. Send one scope you're actually quoting or running — we'll tell you honestly which parts we'd take on, and which we wouldn't.

The promise
You keep the client relationship — before, during and after the engagement.
Channel conflict is the main reason agencies don't bring in outside engineers, and it's a reasonable fear. So we took the ambiguity out: we never contact, pitch or take work from your client — and that's a clause in the contract, not a promise on a call.

The terms
Everything that protects your client, in writing before kickoff.
Six commitments, signed before you share a client name. We'll sign your NDA and partner agreement or send ours — the substance doesn't change either way.
01Confidentiality
An NDA before the scope
A mutual NDA is in place before you send a brief, a repo or a client name. Yours or ours — we'll sign whichever gets you moving faster.
02Non-solicitation
We never go around you
No soliciting, pitching or accepting work from your client — directly or through anyone else. Your client relationship stays protected as part of our partner agreement.
03White-label
Your name on everything
Our engineers work on your email domain, in your Slack, Jira and GitHub, as part of your team. No Nuance branding in code, commits, docs or anything client-facing.
04Commercials
We invoice you, not your client
You set the price your client pays and keep the margin. We never see, quote against or discuss your client contract.
05Ownership
IP assigned on payment
Code, documentation and infrastructure config transfer to you — or straight to your client, if your contract says so. The code lives in your repositories from the first commit, so nothing is held back as leverage.
06Discretion
No portfolio use, ever
Partner work never appears in our case studies, pitches or social posts unless you say so in writing. The two engagements further down are anonymized: partner, client and country removed.

What we take over
The engineering your bench doesn't have this quarter.
One workstream or the whole build. Your team keeps design, strategy and the client; we pick up whatever needs engineering hands.
01
Backend
APIs, data models, integrations and multi-tenant architecture, with role-based access and audit logging in from the first sprint.
Python · Node · Laravel MySQL · AWS
02
Frontend
Your designers hand over the Figma file; we ship the production front end — faithful to the design, accessible, and built so your team can keep iterating on it.
Vue · React Figma handoff
03
AI integration
LLM features inside products that already exist — drafting, extraction, assistants and agents, with a human approval step on every action. The same pattern behind Context Suite and a clinical documentation product.
LLMs · Agents Human approval
04
Automation
Manual workflows turned into software: intake, approvals, reminders, document generation, and the integrations between systems nobody wants to re-key data into.
Workflows Integrations
05
QA
Test plans, regression suites and release verification. Full regression before every deployment — the rule behind zero critical production defects on a national platform.
Regression Release checks
06
Modernization
Legacy stacks audited module by module — retain, replace or migrate — and moved without taking the live system down. DenialFlow went from desktop client to web platform in 2 months.

Ways to engage
Start with one sprint. Scale the way the work needs.
Four ways to work together, and you can move between them. The trial sprint exists so you can judge us on real work before you put a larger client build behind us.

A real slice of a live client project — a feature, an integration, a backlog of stubborn bugs.
One senior engineer — backend, frontend, AI or QA — embedded in your team, on your standups, under your name.

01White-label pod
A product design studio won a digital health build — with no backend team.
The studio had designed the patient-facing product and won the build, but its bench was designers and one front-end developer. We started with a two-week trial sprint on the appointment flow, then scaled to a pod that built the API, the clinician dashboard and the cloud environments behind the studio's designs.
How it stayed theirs
Every commit went into the studio's GitHub organization from studio email addresses. The studio ran the weekly client demo; our delivery lead briefed them the day before, never the client.

02Shadow engineering
A fractional CTO needed a shadow team to modernize a SaaS product and ship its first AI feature.
The CTO owned the architecture and the board conversation; the client's in-house engineers were fully committed to the roadmap. Two of our engineers upgraded an aging Laravel stack module by module, then delivered a fixed-scope AI drafting feature with a human approval step before anything is sent.
How it stayed theirs
Our engineers worked as the CTO's team, in the client's tools, under the CTO's direction. Every architecture decision went through the CTO, and every estimate went to the CTO before it went anywhere else.
01Will you ever contact or pitch our client directly?
No. Client non-solicitation is included in the partner agreement before you share a client name. If your client approaches us independently, we route the relationship back through you.
02Does our client need to know you exist?
Only if you decide they should. Some partners introduce us as their engineering team, some name us as a delivery partner, some never mention us. We follow your lead, and our engineers work under your name either way.
03Who owns the code?
You do — or your client does, if that's what your client contract says. IP is assigned on payment, and the code lives in your repositories from the first commit, so there is nothing to hand over at the end.
04Who talks to the client?
You do. Our engineers join client calls only when you invite them, and then as part of your team. Status updates, estimates and bad news all come to you first.
05How does the timezone work with US and UK teams?
We're based in India. UK teams overlap naturally through their morning and early afternoon. For US teams, we agree fixed overlap hours for standups and reviews before the first sprint starts, and hold to them.
06Can we see the work before putting a client build behind you?
That's what the trial sprint is for: two weeks on a real slice of a live project, in your repo, with you reviewing every pull request. If it isn't a fit, you keep the code and there's no further commitment.
07Can you work on healthcare clients' systems?
Yes. We deliver against HIPAA-aligned data handling, with role-based access and audit logging from sprint one, and we've spent 3.5 years shipping into Saudi Arabia's national health services portal. Send your client's security or compliance checklist with the scope.
Start with one project
Send us one live scope.
One project you're quoting or running right now — a brief, a Jira epic, or three lines about the build. An engineer reads it and comes back with:
01Which parts we'd take on, and which we wouldn't
02The model we'd suggest: trial sprint, specialist, pod or fixed SOW
03A cost and timeline range you can price to your client
04No obligation — and an NDA first, if you want one
Your scope is read by an engineer, not a partnerships manager.
